I visited Marrakech 2 years ago and one of the stand out places we visited was the Ben Youssef Madrasa.
The Ben Youssef Madrasa was an Islamic college in Marrakesh, named after the Almoravid sultan Ali ibn Yusuf (reigned 1106–1142), who expanded the city and its influence considerably. It is the largest Medrasa in all of Morocco.
We arrived very early in the morning just as it was opening for the day and had the whole place all to ourselves for 30-45mins. It was amazing how peaceful it was inside considering we were in the middle of such a busy city.
Highly recommend seeing Ben Youssef if you ever get a chance to visit Marrakech.
