Priime ("we", "us") makes photo editing software for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Adobe Lightroom. This policy explains what data we collect when you use priime.com or any of our apps, and how we handle it.
The short version
Your photos stay on your device. We don't upload them. We don't sell data. We collect the minimum needed to run the website and provide support.
Information we collect
- Website analytics — anonymous, aggregated visit counts (pages viewed, country, referrer). No cookies set for cross-site tracking.
- Email correspondence — if you contact us, we keep the conversation so we can follow up.
- App diagnostics — if you opt in via iOS or macOS settings, Apple may forward anonymized crash reports to us so we can fix bugs.
Information we don't collect
- Your photographs. They never leave your device unless you choose to share them.
- Location, contacts, or other personal data from your phone.
- Anything that personally identifies you to advertisers or third parties.
Third parties
We use a small number of third-party services to run the site and our apps: Apple (App Store distribution, optional crash reporting), our website host, and our email provider. Each of these has its own privacy policy that we vet before adopting.
Cookies
This site uses no third-party cookies. We may use a single, first-party cookie to remember your dark-mode preference if you set one.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll note the update date at the top and, for substantive changes, mention it on the homepage.
